Shipping Methods & Costs

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if this occurs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier's tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
